Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) is a key substrate material used in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Copper Clad Laminate consists of laminate (substrate material usually of FR4, CEM1, or CEM3), and a layer of conductive copper laminated (bonded) to the laminate. The laminate material gives a stable base, and a substrate material to attach the electronic components and interconnect them. At Epoxy House Pvt.
